This is just to further my knowledge. I know that if you purchase something with a credit card directly you have the right to reverse the payment and then the payee has to prove you received the items or their service.
When you use PayPal they are in the middle. They are the payee on the credit card and they forward money to the other party. Do you have the right to reverse a payment in that case?|||Paypal has their own dispute process. You can dispute a charge with them and they will handle it. If that fails then you are free to dispute with your credit card company.|||You can dispute the payment with your bank but you may have to pay additional fees if you used a third-party.
