How would I buy something online without a credit card?

So I want to buy some jewelry from Omerica Organic and a Whittling Knife from Opiknife. Don't worry though, my parents are fully aware that I want these things and they're fine with it. The problem is is that something's up with our credit cards, so we've been having to use straight cash to buy things. So lets say I wanted to buy something online, but cannot get a credit card. How would I do this? I tried using a gift card, but they just get denied.|||paypal or make arraignments to send a check or money order with the seller
