My Dad's credit card was stolen. He canceled it and got a new one, but he is now trying to figure out how to change the credit cards attached to various websites and such. He has either XM radio or Sirius (they are the same thing now, right?) and is tryingto change the credit card number associated with it. He isn't very tech savy. How would I go about doingthis for him.|||Im a DJ for SIRIUS/XM Radio, Yes they are the same thing now since they have merged together as 1 company but keeping their seperate channels in 1 radio. If he is going to change his credit card or any billing/contact information on his account then he should navigate to either www.SIRIUS.com or www.XM.com, At both sites you will see in the top navigation bar towards the right a "Your Account" or "My Account" link. Simply click that and it will bring you into your login screen, login and your at the control pannel for everything!
