Can I get an unsecured credit card or a department store card with my credit?

My credit score from all 3 credit bureaus are in the 500's. Can I get unsecured card? I've tried First premiere and Capital One.|||Probably not.|||Not very likely

Don't pay Capital One or Premiere, they take advantage of the weak.|||The credit score is a scam. It's run by the credit card companies who tell you that the only way to get a higher score is to take on debt. Why do that? Pay cash for everything and save as much money as you can. If you really need plastic in your wallet, get a debit card. It can do everything a credit card can do except land you in more debt.
